These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through Pebble Island. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you agree to these terms.

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
You should check sizes, colours, quantities, delivery details and contact details carefully before completing checkout.
We may refuse or cancel an order where stock is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, pricing is clearly incorrect or there is a suspected misuse of the site.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling.
Delivery charges are shown during checkout before the order is placed.
We do not add card surcharges.
Prices, offers and product availability may change at any time before an order is accepted.

4. Payment

Orders may be offered with bank transfer and, where enabled on the site, secure card payment through Stripe. Payment instructions or redirection are shown during checkout and on the order confirmation page.

Where bank transfer is used, you must use the order reference provided so payment can be matched correctly. Orders may remain pending until payment is received and confirmed.

5. Delivery

Delivery is currently offered within the United Kingdom unless stated otherwise.
Dispatch and transit times shown on the site are estimates and may vary.
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, customs issues or other factors outside our reasonable control.
If an order cannot be delivered because the address supplied was incorrect or incomplete, additional delivery charges may apply before it is resent.

6. Returns and consumer rights

Please read our Delivery & Returns page alongside these terms. Nothing in these terms is intended to remove or reduce rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or not as described, please contact us promptly with your order reference and any relevant photos so we can review the issue.

7. Product presentation

We aim to display colours, descriptions and sizing information as accurately as possible. However, screen settings and photography can affect how products appear, so there may be minor variations between on-screen images and the item you receive.

8. Accounts and site use

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with site operations or use the site for fraudulent purposes.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Subject to that, our liability for losses connected with your order or use of the website is limited to losses that are reasonably foreseeable.
